Where can i get tattoo in Qatar,or does anyone have any contact of anyone that does it..........Please Help this can save a life

maybe that will be his theraphy.

just ask somebody you see inked already. they will refer you to their artist.

you can't find them here online because its an illegal practice.

If u know any Filipino u can ask them or post in Facebook Filipino Group as there were some Filipino Tattoo Makers few years ago.
