Yup, can confirm Lulu...not the nicest or cleanest, but relatively reliable and cheap.

Al Waab.. no idea but you can try the princess beauticenter behind land mark mall beside Carreefour. There are Indian , Italian, Srilankan, Arab , Philipine etc..
