Agency sponsor ship

Good day,

Here in Doha it will be any possibility to find a company,an agency, to be a sponsor to allow you to work and to change from a company to an another company ,like to have a permanent sponsor ship and to work in different company ,in case if i will not be satisfy or the company it will not be happy with my service to change it easy without to have that complicated issue with N.O.C?
