how to change sponsorship?

Dears please help me
i want to know that i have to change my sponsorship i got noc from my previos sponsor but in imigration they cancel 2 times. both sponsor have no issue but in immigration they told this visa is not transferable what should i do
i already completed 1 year under my previos sponsor as per the rule
dear pls advice me i just joined the company less than 1month company changed my sponsored for 3 months temporary visa.stil i have not faced the medical and finger print so can change the company pls advise me ASAP.
Just ask them clearly why its not transferable. May be we have to wait some more months to change it.
Some visa cannot transferable if company is having some problem or if the labour approval for visa is finished (may be only one year labour contract) If you get the clear idea ,then you will get the answer from here..what to do next..!
If you get NOC from your sponsor, you can cancel the visa and comeback next day with another visa. Ask the other company they are ready to give you new visa.
