Use your common sense.....take your kitten to a vet. If you can't afford a vet,you ought not to have a pet. The government vet is free,but I don't know how good they are.
May be you can advise- My cat delivered 2 kittens, they been in outside our garden house, do u think i should shelter them in the house for time being?
