How do normally private companies offer incremaent and bonus????
is it on hlf yearly or yearly basis???

PRIVATE COMPANIES ARE NOT GIVING BONUS, INCREMENT MAYBE BUT NOT HALF A YEAR OR YEARLY. SOMETIMES AFTER 5 YEARS. SINCE YOU MENTION THAT WHEN YOU ARE IN INDIA, YOU ARE RECEIVING BONUS AND INCREMENT, WHY NOT YOU GO BACK TO INDIA SO THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A BONUS AND INCREMENT.

I think your question posted on wrong place it should be in joke section.Private company is giving bonus and in half year my goodness there is nothing rule in private companies if it is in your agreement will not approved as my experience.
