How many days for the renewal of RP?
I will take my vacation on march 21 and our company mandoob will renew my visa today March 18, 2013. how many days it will take for the renewal of my visa? even just the stamp on my passport of the renewed visa. Since Qatar i.d. card or pataka is not much important. I only need to get the renewed stamp on my passport. PLEASE HELP! Thank you very much
i want go for emergency leave but my RP expired on august 4th, I requested my company renewal of RP. how many days it will take renewal of RP in an emergency basis

Usually the Renewal process of RP depend on the type of your company and the number of staff in it.
if your company entitled for Online Gov process (Hukoomi) then the process will be from 4 days to one week.
after processing the renewal of your RP online, your company's mandoub should take them over and submit the whole documents to the general post office (they will take care of completing the process at Immigration),
and this is mandatory to all companies who are dealing with the E-Gov.
there are some exception (as your case), if you are in a hurry and need your RP to be renewed because of your travelling reasons, then you need to provide your mandoub a copy of your leave ticket (issued ticket) and he can finish the renewal process in the same day at any immigration branches.
Within one hour you get new stamp on your Passport with brand new Qatar ID.

Yes, that is right guys. It takes one hour to a maximum of 3 days for a good Mandoob and if he is a lazy one it could take 2-3 weeks or a month.
