Found villa in Al Fanar Compound

Dear All,
I just found a semi furnished villa in al Waab at Al Fanar compound for 15000Qar. (location just back to Green village)
Do you have any idea about this compound ? Is it a nice one for a European family ?
What about the price is it good rate ?
Any information on the maintenance ?
