Do you have any feedback about 2013 KIA Sorento

Hi Guys,
I want to buy an SUV car and my maximum budget is 120,000 Qr, since I failed to find Honda Pilot with this price, I am thinking of getting a brand new KIA Sorento (top trim) but I want to ask if anyone has any reviews about this car and KIA cars in Qatar generally because I am a bit picky and I am quite anxious about the reliability and durability of KIA cars especially in a too hot weather in summer here in Qatar.

Please advise.

Regards,
Mohamed Adel

I just saw your post now. Not sure if you had bought a car or not.

Anyway, I bought a 2013 Sorento top trim model last April and I've been using it daily for 7 months. I got it second hand with 6500 km and now I did almost 20,000km.

I ilke the car very much, the options list is generous, performance is fine - The car is quick - and the interior space is good. I traveled to Oman with the car twice, and it has been very good on the road, the interior is holding itself, no rattles or squeaks and the seats are comfortable.

The drawbacks are as follows:

- The head rests are hard.

- The original tires are noisy.

- The Sorento is not a serious off-roader, so don't take it for fast sand dune drives, but it's a good cross over.

- There's no trunk space when you use the third row of seats.

Other than that, I find the car good to drive, with many options, moderate price and maintenance costs.

I recommend it.
