A tongue in cheek question

A tongue in cheek question - If women ask for equal rights and to be treated the same, are they then still allowed to ask for a man's help when it comes to hard labor and also to be treated like a lady?
I give thanks to God that agnostic and his kind are not in charge of the society in which I live.
Women has breast milk and naturaly better physical caring ability for a child. While women takes excellent care of their babies, men should have the best job as he will feed the family and they have the better potential to give the best LIFE for his wife and kids.
Do you want men to breast feed the babies? if no then give the best job to men or be settled for bottled milk.
Law of supply and demand, if the supply of equal opportunities for women increases, the price of a good quality of family also increases. Nobody wants to take care of the kids because both parents wants to work now.
Hope nobody takes this analogy in a literal way.
I agree with no merci. Grouping people according to their gender is ridiculous.
Call it what they may, the fact is we as human beings should always strive for justice and integrity be it for ourselves or towards others. Everything else like equal rights etc will have no benefit if bereft of justice.
Madrat... It amazes me for you to say that, wonder what your mom will think of that.
@Fatimah
Yes....u make sure all citizens regardless of gender have "equal opportunity" u equalize their differences, whether physical or mental etc in whichever way needed "like givin a handicaped a closer spot" then u can expect the same rights and responsibilities...unfortunately in today's world that's called Socialism
Well said Fatimah
Some very good points there
Madrat :-0
That has got to be one of the most sexist things I have ever read!
It offends me and I'm a man
I say it's not equality alone we as humans need...it's justice. Take for example a physically disabled person, is it fair that we have him/her park in the same bays as us, or wait in the same queues in the name of equal rights? No rather it is only just that they be given a special privilege due to their disability.
A pregnant woman or aged person may also have special needs and privileges that are given to them, cos again it is fair and just.
Similarly a woman or man of weaker stature may also require assistance when it comes to certain tasks, and it is only of fairness and good manners that they are given that help.
So saying we want equal rights alone is not enough.. More like we want justice in all of life's situations is more like it.
U can't have your cake and eat it too...
i have seen a lot of women working in construction fields in my hometown. they never complained nor did they ask for any help!
Women are usually in complete denial about what they want in life. Every month, they live 3 weeks of certainty and 1 week of uncertainty... so there is always 25% chance she is uncertain about anything.
You got those who ask for same rights as men.
Ok sure when it comes to civil rights like driving, investing, divorcing, etc...
But then, they can't do anything that requires no-emotions ,hard labor and, life threatening, etc.
To make it in life as a woman, all you need is to look good. That's it! you need nothing else! This alone can make you rich even if you chose to be employed at a professional company.
Your only disadvantage as a woman is the fast depreciation rate (and let us not kid each other, you know I am right). After 35, if you did not hit it big in life, it is over. Men excel after that age usually.
They got more powers than men obviously. But I have not seen a man raising an issue about it.
Agree with NM.
I think women ask to be treated equally in terms of rights and responsibilities...NOT IN TERMS OF TASKS
No Lady would wanna collect garbage for living
anybody can ask for anybodie's help or curtesy. Gender is irrelevant.
