no no no .... wait until you reached 12 months otherwise your visa is not transferable.. that is the law....
There are 2 types of release available.
1.NOC
2.Sponsorship transfer.
If you receive NOC from your employer, you need to exit & come back on a new visa. If you receive sponsorship transfer documents ( transfer application duly approved by the Immigration + NOC) you'll be able to transfer your sponsorship without exiting the country.
