I apply for my brother &his wife for visit visa,yesterday I got measge for his wife visa is ready but for him it showing still under review so what I shall do,I was planing bring them next week as there vacation will finsihed in next month so plese give advise.

I suppose you need to apply visit visa seprately. Since you have applied together you need to wait and watch for some time more
