Where can I withdraw my money from another country?

Hi, I've been studying in kuwait and I'm visiting my family in Qatar. I am now in Qatar and I want to withdraw my money from my debit card (of KFH) in Qatar. It says that I am able to use my card over 1m atm worldwide.
So like where can I withdraw my money, does anyone knows any bank that does this? If yes then please tell me where it is :)

now a days most of the debit cards are either master card or visa card and all the ATM's are using either master or visa.

Check your card whether it is master or visa and accordingly u can withdraw from any ATM.

You should be able to use most ATM here in Qatar!
