Not paid Salary??

I work in Temalco Company as a temporary admin/secretary hourly basis. I started duty on 22 Jyly 2012 & I stop 3/Oct 2012. As I agreed as a temporary basis they force me to change the sponsorship.. I also willing to do but its took time to take NOC from my sponsor.

Due to this reason Temalco keep my two months salary as retention. Still not paid me..

This is the habitual practice... doing.

Please is anyone suggest me.

there is no contracts of offer letter provided by them.

You are standing on weak ground as you do not have any contract or offer letter from your company. If they pay you the two months salary, consider yourself lucky.
