Assistant Director - Hospitality

Good evening,

I am a Canadian citizen currently living in the US and working for a large hotel chain as an Assistant Director of Loss Prevention and Security.

I am negotiating a move to a large hotel in Doha, however I was asked "what my salary expectations are". I know the company provides me housing, transportation to the property, medical and telephone etc.

What do you guys think a good starting salary for an Assistant Director with 7 years experience ?

They have offered me an apartment with paid utilities, healthcare and 50% tuition reimbursement for my children at any school I chose.

Wages offered are 15000 QAR a month.
