QNB cheating me with Nojoom points

Recently, QNB is not giving me the proper credit of Nojoom points. This coincided with QNB's new Life Reward loyalty program, hence my suspicion.

Have you been cheated similarly from QNB, or is it just me?

If I am not alone, we may have to get the attention of the bank's top managers and Qtel's as well.

Mine are okay, check your spend and how much you should get. If it doesnt match up, call QNB. It's in their hands. It does take 1-2 months for your points to reflect properly QNB - 44407777
