Dear All,
Could you please advise, whom should bear the boarding expenditure either employer or employee as per Qatar labour law?
I got a offer from qatar based compnay which is opreating by kerlaities.... Since , I am going through recruitment agency, I am not sure employer is offering air ticket or not even i sent an email to HR but no response till now.
When asked about this to recruitment agency, they said, I need to bear the air fare when i board, after completing two years only employer will provide two way air ticket with paid vacation. As i enquired, the compnay is quite familiar in qatar and it has no of companies.
Please advice
YOU MENTION THAT IT IS OPERATED BY KERLAITIES? ARE THEY THE SAME AS INDIANS? USUALLY, COMPANY IS GIVING A FREE 2 WAY AIRLINE TICKET AFTER 2 YEARS OF SERVICE WITH THEM. IN CASE YOU WANT TO GO ON VACATION AFTER 1 YEAR OF YOUR SERVICE, YOU WILL BE THE ONE TO PAY FOR YOUR AIRLINE TICKET BECAUSE COMPANY WILL GIVE ONLY FREE TICKETS EVERY 2 YEARS.
