where is the best place to live in. terms of Price -> Location

I'm Tony from Bahrain,
I've been looking for accommodations in Qatar.
In the prices are based on locations, you may get two apartments with the same conditions, one is 8,000QR, and the other s 3,500QR.
Locations like: "Seef, Juffair, Adlyia ...etc" are expensive.
and "Isa Town, Sanad, Hamad Town" are much cheaper, and very clean and safe neighborhood.
My question is: where can I find a modern apartment, clean, new, for a reasonable price, and it will be near to the center of Doha, Don't mind driving 20-30Km a day, as my offer does not include accommodation allowance.

Coming from Bahrain, I take it you are familiar with this region where renting is fraught with problems, many of which are avoidable.
I would take a month's short-let and then look around for a suitable place. Ezdan Hotel & Suites in West Bay, a good part of town, charges a monthly rental of QR 4500 (without kitchen)and QR 8600 (with kitchen facilities) for a 1 bed as shown at http://www.ezdanhotels.com/ShortStay.aspx You may be able to find a better deal if you call the hotels/suite directly. Either way, welcome to Doha and happy house hunting!
PS - Chances are that you have been offered an All-In contract, inclusive of accommodation.
You should not take the offer if it doesn't include accommodation!
