Looking for expat compound villa that might be especially good for recent "empty nesters"?

Just my wife and I will be living in Qatar, but we will be having frequent visits from family from the US. Can anyone recommend a expat compound with villa in the QR 15K - 20K rent/month range? Or is that even reasonable??
Where are the expat compounds with the best work-out gym, sports & recreational amenities? ( I have heard that Al Dafna, West Bay, Lusail, and Al Waab are all good areas....any thoughts on this????

In the current market, i think you can find just about anything you like in that budget. Its quite comfortable.

Proximity to work is important because traffic is an issue.

First, find out where your office is

The best compound for you is close by. Traffic here is a nightmare. It can easily take an hour to cross town in the morning. Live CLOSE to your office.

All areas of Doha are safe and relatively nice.
