I heard that Kahrama has restricted the usage of electricity and water by imposing a max limit of QR 400. If the uusage exceeds this limit, they disconnecvt the services. you then have to pay penalty and committment to Kahrama for less usage. Is it correct. anyone knows more about it.

NO ,kharama has not put any specified budget for electricity or water use,but they have put a regulation that they will monitor the users who consumes more in an unusual way and will act on it.
