Do I need to give a driving test even though if I have an expired Driving licence of UAE & Saudi Arabia?

Hello,
Can any one please let me know whether I have to give the driving test again even though if I have an expired Driving licence for UAE and Saudi Arabia. My UAE Licence expired in the year 2001 and my Saudi Licence Expired in the year 2002. I didn't get chance to renew as I was not present in these countries at the time when my licence got expired.
I've been told that, I'll have to give just an Eye Test and I could get my Qatar Driving Licence. Is this correct?
Thanks a million in advance.
since ur UAE and Saudi license are both expired, u will have to do rd test only not the full test.

as your license is already expired so you should go for new license.
if you have expired Driving licence for UAE and Saudi Arabia but no use expired licence.better take new licence.
If any of your licence Saudi or UAE is still valid, then u need present the Traffic Authorities the Valid Driving Licence plus the necessary fees and change it Qatari License. Now since it has already expired you need to apply for freash.
Regards.
Yes correct just have a short visit to traffic department to do the eye test that set.
