sponsership change for husbabd under wife
I am a working female who was earlier under husband sponsership. My husband has been given termination notice and I have changed sponsership for myself and my kids under my company . How can I change sponsership of my husband also under me before his resident permit gets cancelled and is repartiated.?
If I am unable to do so before his RP is cancelled, how can I bring him back to Qatar under family visa as my dependant once his RP is cancelled and he is repartiated back to home country? please advise

if he will go home in his country, you can bring him in doha anytime his visa will be released under your sponsorship - on a family visa. regarding if he can get a work while under your sponsorship, yes, if there is a company that will hire him right away. if he is already on a family visa under you and he was able to get NOC from the past company, he can work immediately in case he will be hired. he is not affected by the 2 yrs ban. 2 yrs ban is only for those who resigns without NOC. if his old visa will be shifted to u as a family visa while still here, he doesn't need to go back to his country. but, try and dont forget to inquire and get some information from MOI re. this. cheers...
You mentioned termination of your company which means from past company. So the company should provide him an NOC to move further in life in QATAR. if not then i can only pray sister for the best.
I think the NOC is needed when he gets a job. I want to get him under family resident visa till he gets a job. Once he gets a job he will change sponsership under them. Does he need a NOC even for a family resident / dependant visa ?
first question you need to answer: Are u qualified to sponsor your husband? Next: Is your basic salary above 10K? If not, then forget about it.. you are just wasting your time...
If his company does not provide NOC, then he is ban for 2 years and no choice for him but to leave the country. If the company gives NOC, then he can search another job and be in their sponsor.
