I want to complain about my employer to Labour department as he has not given me release despite given resignation before 45 days? Can any one give me any personal experience? Does labor department take fair action or it is against employee??
I mean to say, k he is not allowing me to go to Home country. I dont want release as in I dont want to work in Qatar. And I am happy to go back to my home country.

No chance man . It is possible only if Qatar govt remove existing slavery system which is made for employers.
were you employed locally or recruited directly by your employer out of Qatar.
If you are employed locally, you can only request and can not dictate to the employer, in case recruited directly, no way you can demand release.
It is only what kind of relationship you have with the employer.
It's your employers choice weather to give you a release or not. Labor department cannot do anything in regards to this matter..
