How can I send an email to qatar residents (only those live @ qatar - gruop includes expats also)?

Dear All,
To conduct a Survey thro' internet, I need to send an email to residents of qatar; it includes expats also. Kindly tell me is there any possibility to do so. It is sample survey only. It should cover all category people in all respects (independant of any socio/eco baskets).

You cant do any kind of survey here unless obtain a permission from the Government. What is your problem? Post in Qatarliving.

Why not post on here? Pretty much everyone in Qatar is a member as I doubt very much you would get hold of everyones e-mail, and to be honest I would think peeps would not like their e-mail being given to a stranger!
