any organic fresh food available in Doha?

I would like to eat organic but I don't know of any place that sells organic fruits, veggies, meet, chicken, fish....

I only saw some organic pasta, teas, cornflakes and beverages next to the "diet" corners... but nothing else...

Yeah Megamart at The Centre Mall near the Ramada is your best bet for Veg and eggs

Mega mart does Organic fruit and veg and eggs.

As for meat etc... I wouldn't hold out! The amount of rubbish this place makes and they don't even recycle properly!
