RESPONSIBILITIES:       

v  Carry out site inspection on daily basis as per checklist

v  Report unsafe act, unsafe condition, accident & near miss to the lime boss.

v  Encourage good housekeeping.

v  Check the fire extinguisher condition every morning & sign on it

v  Using fall arrest in case of working at height at site.

v  Inspect the scaffolding before during & after erected.

v  Issue and check the work permit before start some work.

v  Conduct toolbox talk, induction training for the new face in workplace.

v  Conduct meeting with safety officers & supervisor

v  Company safety policy statement is implement

v  Planning for day to day activities
