Currently in Qatar and working for Gems, AL wakra on temporary basis.
Can operate computer programs such as word, excel and powerpoint, knowledge of accounting software.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
can finish my work in stipulated time, good with Induction procedure.
Maintain records, paper and electronic.
Data Entry, photocopy, scanning, and filing as directed
Manage with internal and external emails as often
Maintain stocks of paper rim, printer and other office consumables as per the stock.
Assist with maintenance /problems
Greeting /Informing the concerned as and when needed
Handle the queries, one to one/ telephonic; pass the messages to the concerned staff
Assist the Manager, in meetings.
Other duties as and when assigned.
