Develop and maintain detailed 3D models for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design intent is accurately captured in BIM models. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD MEP to generate comprehensive mechanical system designs, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts. Provide BIM coordination support to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems. Prepare detailed schedules and material lists based on 3D model data for accurate procurement. Supported senior modelers and engineers in generating mechanical system layouts, coordinating system integration, and updating models based on client feedback. Updated and maintained the BIM model as per field conditions during construction. Effectively communicate with other team members to relay design changes, updates, and any technical issues related to MEP systems. Created 2D MEP shop drawings and layouts for site team.
