Responsibilities

ü  Handled the training tasks to the existing and new customers by applied methods for Fresenius Kabi’s blood bank apheresis machine (COMTEC).

ü  Conducted procedures and train technicians/Operators for major procedures like Stem cell harvest, Therapeutic Plasma exchange, Plasma Exchanges for ABO incompatibility.

ü  Responsible for measuring the level of quality improvements.

ü  Assigned responsibilities of preparing documentation of the equipment to provide demo to ensure smooth operation of the equipment at the customer satisfaction level.

ü  Responsible for developing product specifications and provide recommendations to vendor to meet quality standard.

ü  Serving the company by taking the responsibilities of troubleshooting Hematology analyzers, Biochemistry analyzers and Electrolyte analyzers.

ü  Handling applicationprocedures to carry out challenging problems in analyzers.

ü  Maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of Mindray’s and Prokan’s Haematology analyzers, semi & fully auto Biochemistry, Electrolyte and Urine Analyzers, Elisa readers.

ü  Resolving software as well as application related issues.

ü  Guiding and motivating juniors to easily face their tough complaints.

ü  Provides trainings to the juniors and the new recruits.
