I have 1 year 4 months of experience as a Technical recruiter.I was recruiting the candidates all around the US,from different states.I talked to people of different nationality,who are working in the US and actively looking for new jobs.I was recruiting candidates for different positions like Developers, DBA's, Architects,Network Engineers, Help desk/Desktop Technicians.Negotiate  salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates ,submit the candidate for the position and close the position.Prepare reports and database of the candidates.Create effective Boolean strings to identify candidates in Monster, Career Builder & Ladder etc.Telephonic evaluation for contract / full time positions.
