RESPONSIBILITIES
è Analysis of manpower Requirement.
è Writing job specifications and designing job adverts.
è Involved in posting various job requirements in company portal, other sites and negotiating salaries for selected candidates.
è Receiving job applications, classifying them under appropriate categories.
è Organizing and arranging interviews for short listed candidates and participating in conducting interviews as required.
è Intimating interviewed candidates about the result of the interview.
è Sending Employment Offer Letter to selected candidates and following up with them with regard to their acceptance or rejection of the offer, tentative date of joining, etc.
è Preparation & arrangements of documents for visa application.
è Arranging medical.

è Intimating the concerned Head of Department and the Senior Management about the date of joining of new recruits.
è Prepare the employment contract of new mobilized candidates.
