Translating letters, paragraphs, and Bills from the purchasing department and all other
departments Arabic to English & vice versa.
Receiving online PTW forms on data basis from different companies all over Qatar and
uploading/editing in the system by using Jot form online.
Translating all incoming Arabic & English emails from clients and resending them to the
concerned department.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Escalating the issues and queries to the respective department.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeline limits; follow up to
ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow up on communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Follow up for each quire to be resolved within the given SLA.
Respond to email messages from Clients & contractors seeking help.
