• Ø Currently employed with Muthoot Finance Ltd based at Chennai working as Manager In-charge (Internal Audit)
• Ø Performs high quality, risk-focused fieldwork, in accordance with Internal Audit policies, methodologies, and standards in order to identify meaningful issues, risks and other exposures in the area of the company being audited.
• Ø Implementation of new auditing processes and regulations effectively and quickly.
  Communicates well within the organization as well as the Clients and Audit team members.
• Ø Interact with senior manager and Branch Managers to maintain ongoing business relationship.
• Ø Preparation of audit strategy and travel across the Region, Scheduling area of audits and selecting appropriate staff and assigning workloads, and also making  financial reporting.   
• Ø A self-starter and team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
