• Advise and implement Health and Safety Environment management system in the organisation.
• Educate and train staff in managing workplace risks, and how to improve safe working practices.
• To ensure first aid facility in the site.
• To investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the Associate Director and/or other appropriate senior staff.
• To check proper warning sign board are posted.
• To ensure fire extinguishers availability in the site.
• To coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste.
• To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
• Co-ordinate the safety meeting.
• To assist the Board’s Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committees.
• To provide good housekeeping all over the site.
• To train against employees Psychological hazard and keep Health and Safety Environment in the company and in work site.
• To give proper training for employees stress and tension problem.
• Hot Work Permits and monitored workers engaged in welding, cutting and grinding jobs.
• To conduct safety induction for new employees.
• To decide safe height and use of PPE while working height.
• To stop any unsafe activity which is unsafe in the construction site
• Keep record of any health and safety violations.
• Communicates effectively on matters related to safety
• Maintains good records of any communications regarding safety
• Provide solution for employee’s heat stress hazard.
• To conduct risk assessment.
• Sets a good example to others by adhering to safety and health in his personal behaviour
