• Managing the Finance and Accounts function of the Company
• Maintaining and finalization of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial   Balance).
• Preparation of Cash Flow statements and forecasts
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions regards the payables, receivables,
• Budgeting, forecasting and monitoring the variances if any.
• Preparation of weekly/ monthly/ yearly MIS reports for monitoring/ evaluating the   performance of the Business
• Preparation of monthly Supplier  account reconciliations and Payment Processing
• Coordination with external auditors and internal auditors
• Maintaining controls over expenses and optimizing the costs   
• Processing wages and Salaries of the employees of company in ERP software and submit the file for payment to bank
• Reconciliation of Accounts with Bank/Supplier/ Customers

• Responsible and maintain supplier's postdated cheques issued to suppliers and maintain records into system
• Verifying Petty Cash transactions
• Monthly bank reconciliation and updates bank accounts in Peachtree
• Responsible for recording customer's receipt transaction into system and customer invoices File
• Responsible, maintain and reporting Customer's Aged Receivable file
