Hands on experience in Inspection & Commissioning of in all aspects of Hot water, Cold waterline, Ventilation, Distribution, Air handling unit and associated Electro-Mechanical system.

• Inspecting Pressure vessels, Heat exchanger, Tanks, Valves and Pipe lines.

• Assisting the commissioning team for the preservation of Equipments like Gas Turbine, Compressors etc up to its commissioning activities.
• Inspection of Plumbing Underground & Aboveground
• Assist the commissioning Team for Equipment like Chilled water pipe.
• Replace compressor parts such as Valves, Pistons and Bearing.

• Procurement of Plates, Pipes, Equipment, Tools and Consumables.
• Fit up survey, Dry survey on Indigenous Aircraft Carrier, PSV, FPV& BUOY Vessel.
• Assisted in Principle dimensioning& water level of Vessels
• To carryout repairing work as like DNV,ABS, IRS Surveyors recommendations.
• Conducting Vacuum Test, Hose Test, Tank Test.
• Doing Assisted in principle Dimensioning and Water level of Ship blocks.

• Check Quality standards in block fabrication,

• Evaluate of the job referred to shop and analyse of CNC operation involve.
• Maintain a high standard of personnel/workshop/equipment/machines and tooling cleanliness.
• Co-ordination of all machining, manufacturing, fabrication of equipment, parts, and repair activities.
• Responsible for commissioning of Engine room systems like Water Jets, Oil bilge separator, Sewage Treatment, SW Hydro pore system, Oil dispersant systems, FO system, LO system, External Fire fighting systems etc.

• ASNT-Certification for level II in Radiography testing, Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle testing, Penetrate testing & visual testing.
• HIGHER SECONDARY- Passed out on March 2009 with an aggregate of 68% from A.S.M.M.H.S.S
• SSLC-passed out on March 2007 with an aggregate of 74% from A.S.M.M.H.S.S. Alathur, under General Education of Kerala.
