PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY- Software Engineer with around 2 years of experience in IT industry with good experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Maintenance, Re-engineering & Production support of applications in Hyperion Essbase.
- Experience as an EAS - Oracle Consultant - Hyperion Essbase, SQL Server 2005 & 2008 and Production Support.
- Experience as an ERP - SAP Functional Consultant in implementation of SAP projects.
- Possess experience in communicating to UK, US and Japan clients.
- Proficiency in ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release), Essbase, SQL.
- Has leaded a team of four in Application Support for about a year.
- Experience in training fresher’s in Hyperion Essbase 11.1.1.3 version for three weeks
- Good analytical skills with ability to fix an issue with the root cause analysis.
- Has good experience in Documentation of knowledgebase - preparation and maintenance, and updating the knowledgebase documents.
- Possess innovative skills in tracking, identifying and resolving issues related to production support.
- Accurate, superior written/oral communication and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of occupational hazards.
