DEAR HIRING MANAGER,

 

I am MOHAMMED SHAHAD K and I would love to apply for QUANTITY SURVEYOR/CIVIL ENGINEER post, with my Site management, project management, planning and quantity surveying experience i can serve well. I hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE, THRISSUR along with masters’ diploma in PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND QUANTITY SURVEYING and also with 2 years of professional working experience in construction field.

 

I recently employed with , MAAL CONTRACTING DUBAI, as CIVIL QS ENGINEER where I performed the duties of Quantity take-off, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, cost estimation for tenders, project management etc of towers , villas and commercial buildings. I have also worked with CENTRE FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ,KERALA as QUANTITY SURVEYOR.

 

In addition to my background in project management department, i am an excellent candidate for site management and supervising role as well. While working for maal contracting, i managed to control both site and office works which mostly included labour allocation and quantity take-off and calculation.
