I am 37 years old European female.

I worked in truck company as Freight forwarder for 7 years. My duties included organized and maintained route schedule, analyzed, translated and documented requisitions, shipping orders, and various documents., analyze transportation cost providing customers with rates for transportation. I communicated with customers via email and phone to confirm loads have been delivered, messages and requests in Slovak or English language.

 

I used company specific computer programs to inform the customers about their goods.
