Description

Duties:

• Prepare project schedule on primavera P6 with WBS, activities and milestones
• Review and import estimate sheets from planners.
• Preparation of integrated Baseline from project submittal and follow up on the all phases of project work with the aid of Primavera P6.
•  Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of  work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling
• Run Primavera Project planner reports and analysis
• Advise the Chief Construction Manager on the time impacts of instigating change requests
• Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost, project plans , time over runs based on various analytical tools e.g Critical Path Analysis
• Assist Senior Planning Engineer in deriving Cash flow, Resources, Design, Engineering and Procurement Schedules from the baseline
• Application of CPM and EVA in identifying the positive float of activities and the value of progress in project (CPI/SPI)
• Preparation of “S” curves and conduct monthly progress report
• Prepare work program based on activity network on the project phase , cash flow & manpower histogram and manage the project control operations throughout the completion of the project
• Preparation of daily reports, chairing progress meetings, review of progress payment, implementation of project plans and specifications
•  Assist QS team in take-off quantities and measurement of the level of work done.
•  Analyze, compare and forecast current status against established baseline schedule.
