WORKING EXPERIENCE
A.) HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL,

POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
- Deals with customers on the telephone or in person to take orders, cancel accounts, record complaints or answer questions about services and products.
- Handles customer complaints and redirects to a supervisor or the appropriate department and contacting a customer in response to an inquiry, comment or complaint.
- Checks and ensures necessary changes were made to solve a customer's problem.
- Performs clerical work within the office. Monitoring and updating customer records and transactions.
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
- Undertake administration and other office duties that leave the sales team free to focus on the busy business of selling.

- Prepares requisitions for office, computer, and routine supply purchases. Assumes responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Maintains regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions. Assists Accounting Department personnel as needed.
