  My name is Joel Mathew. I am a Post-graduate with approximately 7.5 years of work experience in Marketing, Market Research, Sales, HR Operations & Administrative Work. I last worked as Sales Manager -International Business for a Real Estate Developer & Marketing Company representing the International Team in the Mumbai Branch (till December 2015). Before that I was working in Qatar. I have experience of 3.6  years in Qatar, in Business Managerial & Development positions & have a thorough knowledge of Organizational & Individual Department Operations. Before moving to Qatar in Dec 2010 I worked for 3 years in Mumbai, in Sales, Marketing, Market Research roles related to Real Estate Sector.

I am a Team-player as well as good at working Individually. My strengths include Good Presentation & Communication Skills, Administration Skills,Pleasing Personality, Self-motivated, Eagerness to Learn & Develop, Quick-Learner, Organized & Disciplined, Team Handling & Team Management.

                   I have successfully completed MBA(PGP) specializing in Human Resources as my Major Subject & Marketing as my Minor Subject in the year of 2009 from Indira Institute of Management, Pune, India. I graduated in the stream of Commerce earning a Bachelors degree (B.Com) in the year of 2006 from Mumbai University, Mumbai, India.
