Description

Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology Gradute, Fiber Optics Splicing and Excellence in Costumers Service Certificates from Qatar Learning Center, IBM e Learning Certificates and Valid Qatar Driving License.

Data Center management including monitoring of all servers, network equipment, tape libraries, Storage, PACU, Fire Supresion System, CCTV, etc.
Ensure 100% uptime for all IT equipment in  including desktops, laptops, phone, printers, copiers.
Maintain and manage inventory of all critical assets inside the BCF vaults.
Manage Data Storage Servers (IBM Storage).
Monitor Critical Application Backup thru VM Ware, Putty, VNC and Physical.
Support the tape librarians in managing media in the tape storage area. This includes storing, retrieval, rearrangements and transfers to tape drives/libraries/vaults.
Assist tape librarians in shipping and acknowledging media and documents to DR sites and Business Continuity Facility.
Facilitate the entry and escort visitors and service providers into the data center premises.
Monitor safety compliance and escalate environmental alarms.
Monitoring and reporting of server outage, network and internet services in BCF.
Ensure the Mainframe is online.
Mainframe Performance Monitoring with VNC, Putty and Vpx Client.
Mainframe batch processing.
Log in all incidents in service desk management tool.
Keep virus, firewall, and spyware software up to date and active.
Performs such other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior and the higher management from time to time.
Monitoring of SAP GUI, SMS Gateway, Infotext, Storage, Physical Servers and Client Websites.
