DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF QC TRAINEE
- Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (Defects) using NDT methods of inspection.
- Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
- Inspection of ultrasonic thickness gauging
- Inspection of Die Penetrant testing.
- Co - ordination of NDT Activities.
- Organize and report test results.
- May instruct and supervise others.
TRAININGS ATTENDED
- Worked in shutdown of PVC plant and VCM plant in Reliance Industries Ltd, Hazira.
- Worked as a Radiography Testing trainee in Engineering Quality Inspection Service (EQIS) Chennai
