· Conduct Initial Design Review: Perform thorough reviews of design drawings and specifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards, and identify potential issues early.

· Seek Technical Clarifications: Proactively engage with design consultants to clarify ambiguities and resolve design issues, ensuring precise implementation and adherence to project specifications.

· Coordinate with Site Team: Clearly communicate design details and execution plans to the site team, facilitating accurate implementation and minimizing deviations from design intent.

· Resolve Complex Technical Issues: Address and resolve complex technical challenges encountered during site execution, implementing effective solutions to maintain project integrity and minimize delays.

· Review and Validate Material Documentation: Scrutinize material documentation to confirm compliance with project specifications before submission for approval, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence.

· Provide Technical Responses: Deliver detailed and timely technical responses and justifications for consultant comments, ensuring effective resolution of queries and approval of submissions.

· Manage QCDD Inspections: Oversee interactions with the Qatar Civil Defence Department (QCDD) for inspections, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

· Facilitate End-User Inspections: Coordinate end-user inspections, addressing any issues and securing documentation approvals to facilitate smooth project handover.

· Lead Snag Closure: Direct the snag identification and closure process, ensuring all outstanding issues are resolved promptly and the project meets quality and compliance standards.

· Develop and Implement Project Plans: Create and execute detailed site work plans, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion while adhering to safety and quality standards.

· Oversee Final Execution: Supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring that all work complies with design specifications and meets high-quality standards.

· Engage in Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings to provide progress updates, address concerns, and discuss technical aspects of the project, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment.

· Prepare Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain and prepare detailed documentation, including reports, method statements, and material requisitions, supporting project execution and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
