I am a CCNA Certified and Licensed Electronics Engineer with 3 years industry experience in ISP/Telecoms (SMART Communications Inc. Philippines). I specialize in Trouble Ticketing, Troubleshooting, Tx/Transport Fault and Config Management. I have knowledge of Packet Radio, Fiber Optics, PDH/SDH MUX, CEN networks, WAN/LAN, IP, Router, Switch, OSPF, MPLS, Routing, and Switching.
I have handled different vendor NMS/equipment e.g. Nortel OME, Nortel CEN, Alcatel-Lucent, Tellabs, ECI, Fiberhome, ZTE, Huawei, NERA EVO, Fujitsu Siemens, and TMTM. And lastly I am well oriented in an NOC work environment and shifting work schedules.
