I am applying for the position of Administrator/Guest Relations Officer/Asst.Front Office Manager/Team Leader/Secretary/Equivalent. Along with my Professional Qualification in Hospitality and extensive experience in customer services,administration,reservations & secretarial assistance to the Managing Director. I am ready to apply my capabilities effectively at your company.
The way your business greets and welcomes guests into your facility has a lot to do with the success of your company and I have what it takes to build good relationships with your clients. I have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality & Master’s Degree in Tourism & Aviation, have an outgoing and friendly personality and I thoroughly enjoy interacting directly with the public. It is an exciting career and I am very good at what I do.
I have outstanding leadership skills with the ability to take control of situations and motivate employees to take that extra step to provide the best possible service in every area of your business. No job is too small to overlook. I believe in being a team player and that everyone should work together and I have active listening skills and the ability to convey information in a clean and concise manner.
Working with a diverse group of people can often be stressful but I have a positive attitude and believe that there a solution for every problem, if you just take the time to find it. I have the ability to stay calm and professional and help the guests solve any issue that does arise.
