Description
Deputy Manager
- Participate with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization
- Identify, and inform the Board of Directors of internal and external issues that affect the organization
- Responsible for monitor the day-to-day following up loading full containers on board Company’s trucks and confirming returning empty after cargo delivery to customers
- Responsible for following up stores in/out movements and providing required spare parts for maintenance center
- Warehouse movement , including the delivery and receipt of customers' goods in the agreed deadlines
- In charge of SHACMAN center (Maintenance service center specialized in the maintenance of Truck).
- Responsible for import all spare parts from abroad (Air –Sea) shipment to meet the needs of the company
- Searching for suppliers to manage the required for maintenance center and make a contract with them
- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization
- Following up administrative work such as trucks licenses
- Responsible for the follow-up car insurance procedures
- Performing all action needed to discuss in case of accidents with insurance company
- Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organization's programs and services
- Determine staffing requirements for organizational management and program delivery
- Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations
- Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization's mission
- In charge of monitoring all financial issues such as cash movements and employees salaries
- Administer the funds of the organization according to the approved budget and monitor the monthly cash flow of the organization.
- Work a standard work week, but additionally will often work evening, weekends, and overtime hours to accommodate activities such as Board meetings and representing the organization at public events.
