- Actively seek candidates to fit specific openings and shortlist proactive profiles. Negotiate compensation and maintain acceptable gross margins.
- Work on job portals like Monster, Jobsahead & Naukri.
- Effectively interfaced with all levels of management to define hiring needs.
- Negotiating terms with candidates within agreed guidelines.
- Raising Bills on closures.
