Professional Experience – Handling/executing as well as coordinating activities with inhouse team and outsource vendors – soft services of workers installing, repairing, along with testing and commissioning reports and inspecting Facility and Project Department.
Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing and Civil – Knowledge in PPM Plan, Breakdown Emergency Calls for Corrective Action Plan, Routine Building Maintenance Execution Plan, Track down records with company SOP’s along with productive man hours and manpower utilization plan. Highrise Buildings, Apartment’s G + 27, Luxury Villas, Corporate Office, Commercial Properties Accommodation and Warehouses etc.
Outsource Vendors – Soft Services AMC like Sewage removal service, Landscaping, Security Guards, Gate Barriers, Deep Cleaning Services etc.
Main Duties Performed:
· Managing the day-to-day operations of various facilities across the company premises
· Managing the refurbishment and relocation of offices
· Ensuring that relevant building maintenance, repairs and services are completed efficiently, on time and budget
· Tracking budgets and ensuring payment is made on time
· Working with a variety of contractors from a number of different sectors to agree and form contracts and agreements
· Managing all security issues at the allocated premises including finding the right security companies, CCTV specialists and guards to protect the premises
· Ensuring health and safety regulations are met at all times and by all parties
· Updating the Health and Safety policies based on new government regulations
· Managing the Health & Safety of all stakeholders at the sites; ensuring that the relevant staff are fully trained in first aid, emergency evacuations and fire safety
· Liaising with HR regarding temporary workers and short-term contractors
· Managing third-party contractors and agency staff across various premises
· Updating accidents and incidents records whenever they occur
· Liaising with head office regarding property contracts and leases
· Producing specialist reports for the senior management and board of directors
· Keeping track of personnel’s working hours and absences
· Organizing visits and responsible for booking rooms and meetings
· Performing regular site inspections
· Holding regular team meetings to ensure everyone is up to date with the latest developments in the organization and addressing any issues or concerns
· Managing the delivery all hard and soft services.
· Management of all Facilities personnel matters.
· Ensuring that all work performed is done without impact to internal or external customers.
· Assisting in all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction.
· Preparing staff rotes in advance.
· Participating in any FM audits and enquiries.
· Coordinating any office relocations, openings, and refits.
· Ensuring that grounds are litter free.
